Engraving

Engraving consists of printing or lasering text and artwork on our awards. Diamond tip engraving is used for medals, silver items, and small metal plates. Engraving charges are 10 cents per letter on plaques, acrylic awards, gifts, desk items, and small plates. For crystal and glass awards the engraving charge is 15 cents per letter. Trophy prices include three lines of engraving. Name tag prices include text and logo.

Logos and Graphics

For logos that are to be printed or laser engraved there is a minimum one time set up charge of $15.00, provided that the artwork is clean and ready to use. Logos can be emailed to us in jpeg and bmp format however .eps and .pdf are preferred. Additional logo work will be billed at $60/hour. We can quote you this new charge upon receiving the artwork via email. There is a $2.50 charge when a logo or clip art is used on a printed or lasered product. The logo charge is $5.00 when engraved on glass and crystal awards.

Outside Items

We do engrave outside items. Pricing must be quoted upon sight of the item.

Shipping and Turn-Around Time

Orders of styles shown are usually shipped in 3-6 working days after receiving and understanding your order. Not finalizing text and artwork needs will delay this process. We will only ship in the Continental United States. Standard USPS or UPS ground shipping will be used unless other methods are specified. Please be sure to specify your “in hands” date, we will be sure to contact you promptly if we cannot make the “in hands” date.
